I became a member in July 2015 on the recommendation of a friend. The workouts are a mix of strength training and cardio, and are adapted for your needs by knowledgeable training staff who take the time to know you. The sessions are scheduled, making me more likely to keep my commitment compared to gyms when I can go (or not go...) any time. But, you are not locked into a schedule - the phone app makes it easy to shuffle your sessions as you juggle other things in your life. The small groups mean we all get to know each other and can share experiences and advice. You'll find lots of focus on good nutrition and habits, and the trainers listen to what is and isn't working for you. They offer pop up classes & activities such as yoga, dance cardio, and hiking, depending on the interests of the members. The trainers at Prime are focused on my success and I feel that every time I walk in!
